Our prices are built around what materials we need to customize your home or building and the size and complexity of the job. We provide design, professional-grade materials, C9 LED bulbs, installation, maintenance throughout the season, removal, year-long storage and our 100% SANTASfaction™ warranty as long as you remain a consecutive yearly customer.

The three most common designs are FACED, OUTLINE and FULL COVERAGE. FACED is typically anything on the front of the structure that faces the street or entry. OUTLINE typically refers to a structure that is FACED but also includes the ends of the structure. With FULL COVERAGE, we add lights to the hips and ridges so your entire structure is covered in lights that are visible from the street or entry.

We only use commercial-grade, C9, LED faceted bulbs. These bulbs draw approximately .5 watts each so you won't see much of a difference in your electric bill.

Inspired by the warm glow of traditional glass bulbs, our most popular bulb is the Warm White, although we offer a wide variety of colors including Blue, Green, Orange, Red, Yellow, Cool White, Purple, Pink and Teal

The quoted prices include the initial color of choice. A small fee will be added for color-changes in addition to the cost of the bulbs

We offer discounts for those who want to get ahead of the game early (that basically means October 1-15 or before). We get pretty busy from the end of October onwards. So, the sooner you get in touch, the more money you save – and the more choice of time slots you have to book your installation, too.

Sure! We offer lighting for any occasion. The list is endless. For example, with the vast color selection, we can install lights for Valentine's Day, Easter, Breast Cancer Awareness, Cinco de Mayo, Patriotic-themed events, your favorite sports team, graduations, retirement or any other occasion.

Our schedule fills up quickly so it’s never too early to install your lights! But even if you want to wait a while, we recommend getting your appointment booked as early as you can.

If the scope of the project is the same, you will automatically receive a discount the 2nd year and beyond. This price is guaranteed for at least three years. Additionally, we offer early-install discounts if you allow us to install your lights earlier in the season.

A deposit is required to reserve your spot for Christmas Light Installation. Any remaining amounts due must be paid in full on the day of the installation.

We offer a variety of payment options: We accept Checks, Cash, most Major Credit Cards, in-person or online. We also offer a flex-payment option, whereby you can pay incrementally, in advance, throughout the year to help take the pressure off before Christmas season. Many use this as a gift-giving tool!

NOTE: We will never ask for your credit card/banking/login information over the phone or via text or email.

The 100% SANTASfaction™ warranty covers roof lights, light strands, clips, timers and surge protectors that are provided by us. They are covered every year they are installed by us. You may opt to store your own lights, however, the warranty is void if the lights are not stored by us. The warranty does not cover ground lights, tree lights, theft, vandalism or events of Force Majeure.

We do not install lights or strands that you've purchased elsewhere as we cannot warranty the quality or workmanship of lights we do not provide. Our Christmas Light Installation experts will only install products we provide. This is necessary for quality and consistency. Our products are far superior to anything store bought. Quality is our top priority.
